1. Install UniServer, CollabNet Subversion Client, TortoiseSVN
2. Right-Click inside ..\UniServer\www\ folder and select SVN Checkout
3. URL of repository: http://core.svn.wordpress.org/tags/3.0.5
(or replace numbers with latest version of WordPress)
4. Checkout directory: C:\UniServer\www\wp
5. Press OK

Thats pretty much it to update wordpress just go back to the wp folder in ..\UniServer\www\ right-click go to TortoiseSVN and select Switch and in the following window change the numbers to the most recent update of WP.
